Directions:

  • First, please ensure the photo is saved as a jpg, gif, png
  • Next, ensure the file name of your letter follows this naming convention:
    YYYY GG CHAPTER __ last name. The underscore(__) is where the chapter letters go and City is where your chapter is located. The YYYY is the current year and GG stands for Golden Girl.
    • Example: If Chapter AB is uploading Jane Smith it would be …
